LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT / DESIGNER
PROJECT COORDINATOR | SACRAMENTO, CA
vTA is seeking a full-time Landscape Architecture Project Coordinator. This position is open at two of our office locations in Napa and Sacramento.

Ideal candidates will have the right combination of personal, professional and technical communication skills to collaborate with clients, staff and consultants on different stages of each project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the development of the project program, overall project schedule/time line and in-house construction budgets.
- Assist with project design and collaboration.
- Assemble resource data; i.e., existing drawings, details, etc.
- Prepare rendering and 3D modeling
- Set up and maintain CAD project files
- Research local codes and submittal requirements.
- Aid with plan submittal packages.
- Provide assistance with completion of work per project schedule.
- Provide assistance with responding to inquires during bidding.
- Provide assistance with preparing and distributing addenda.
- Assist in organizing, coordinating, researching information, code analysis and troubleshooting.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university program.
- Entry Level position or, minimum 1 year of CAD experience in a related landscape architecture or design firm environment.
KEY KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Required experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Keep current on the “state of the art” in their design specialty through review of periodicals and continuing education.
- Excel at graphic and rendering abilities.
- Understand some aspects of design specialty and use and recognize technical symbols and abbreviations.
- Additional proficiency in Sketch-up, Lumion, Land FX, rendering abilities as well as, a sense of humor would be highly desired.

- Starting salary range: $58,000-$68,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
