Project Description:

University District is a proposed planned urban community which includes a mixed-use town center with civic and commercial buildings and a variety of housing types intended to accommodate residents’ needs. The development reserves nearly one-fourth of the site for green space, parks, and constructed wetlands. This is a pedestrian oriented community which draws upon the history of farming and agricultural influences of the area.
