Project Description:

Summer Lake is a unique lake community that is energized by its location and natural surroundings.  With the carefully planned nodes of its 85 acre lake, over 84 acres of green space and several wetland sites, Summer Lake has been designed to maximize its 1,448 home sites with great views and natural surroundings.  The property has many great amenities for its community such as the 17 acre Sports Park, Canoe and Swim Clubs, Neighborhood parks throughout the site, commercial space, two school sites and a children’s daycare.
