Project Description:

Conceived as an Italian Hillside Community, Sorrento at Dublin Ranch encompasses five neighborhoods of 423 units and includes Entry Monuments, a Neighborhood Square, Parks, a Recreation Area, a Pedestrian Trail system, and a Venetian influenced Pedestrian Bridge. vTA developed a cohesive plant palette that reflects the flora of Italy and is accented with detailed garden statuary and unique arches reminiscent of old world Italy.
