Saybrook Pointe

Saybrook Pointe Apartments consist of 324 apartment units on an approximately 12 acre parcel in South San Jose. vTA took part in transforming Saybrook Pointe Apartments in their effort to rebrand and attract their target renter market. This was accomplished with the addition of a dog park, bocce court, seating areas, and planters with willow-like trees and soft grasses. The swimming pool area now contains a concrete ping-pong table, upright fireplace, bbq area, hammocks and lounge chairs, along with a shade trellis over a high dining table with a linear fireplace. The plant palette consists of aesthetic, native, low maintenance plants as well.
