This pedestrian-friendly community includes 204 townhomes grouped around private landscaped courtyards with fountains, and connected by a linear paseo “Orchard Walk”. In the center of the project is an open space with a children’s play zone and a recreational building with bathrooms, a covered patio, and outdoor seating. Also, a dog park has been provided on the East side of the property with access off the linear paseo.
