Located within the master planned community of River Islands in Lathrop, California, the upscale model home complex representing Van Daele Homes included extra-large lot square footage with a steep back slope and California room extensions of the interior living spaces. Landscape amenities included a Bocce court, fire pit, Bar-B-ques, Horseshoe court and a Tuscan raised lounge area.
