Project Description:

Waterline is a 60 unit development consisting of attached 2 and 3-story luxury condominiums nestled in the high end neighborhood of Point Richmond. This community is located on a coveted piece of property that has spectacular views across the bay to the San Francisco skyline. It also provides shoreline access though a newly complete section of Bay Trail system. The stormwater treatment on this site is being handled through a riparian corridor that bisects the site and creates a natural environment. The planting here offers unique challenges due to its proximity to the bay.
