This new mental health facility is designed to support wellness through thoughtfully crafted indoor–outdoor spaces. Residents can enjoy a peaceful view garden, welcoming courtyard, and flexible‑use patio for relaxation or group activities. Recreational amenities include a multi‑sport court, equipped and striped for multiple activities, encouraging movement and engagement. A walking track and synthetic turf area with integrated game tables create a calm, engaging environment that encourages movement, connection, and everyday well‑being.
Marshall Lane
Located in the desirable city of Saratoga, this thoughtfully designed community features contemporary townhome buildings designed to blend seamlessly with the area’s natural beauty. The site preserves and highlights its mature oak trees, creating inviting open‑space areas that provide shade, character, and a strong connection to the landscape. A series of pedestrian‑friendly paseos weaves throughout the neighborhood, linking residents to open spaces and thoughtfully curated community amenities. These pathways encourage walkability, outdoor activity, and a sense of connected living. Blending modern design with nature and community, this Saratoga project offers a tranquil yet vibrant environment for residents to call home.
Oxbow South
We wanted highlight an exciting project in the works. Situated along the Napa River, Oxbow South will not only create much needed housing in Downtown Napa, but will also provide significant open space for the community. The proposed landscape improvements provide more access and connectivity to previously inaccessible stretches of the river and the new river trail allows for a more walkable and bikeable experience of the Oxbow District. Native trees and natural riparian vegetation will be protected while the proposed planting design complements the existing plant palette. Building and landscape massing preserves view corridors to the Napa River and surrounding hillsides.
