The Hecker Pass communities cover 140 acres and consists of over 400 single family detached homes, a neighborhood park, linear park and trail, private parks, open space parks, streetscapes and roundabouts within the Hecker Pass Specific Plan area. Located on the western edge of Gilroy, the project is adjacent to Hecker Pass Highway and includes a bicycle trail along the highway.
