Camino del Rey

A LEED-H Platinum certified project, Camino del Rey Senior Apartments provides a sustainable and affordable community for its residents while enhancing the El Camino Real Corridor. The three-story “U” shaped building wraps around a landscaped courtyard which acts as an outdoor extension of the resident’s community room. The courtyard is comprised of a variety different spaces including a dining terrace with outdoor barbecue, raised vegetable garden beds, game tables, seating areas and a fire feature. These spaces are well integrated into a generous garden setting with significant tree, shrub, vines and flowering perennial plantings, providing shade and an attractive buffer to neighboring residences.
