The Watson Ranch is a Mixed-Use Village consisting of civic, retail, entertainment, commercial and residential uses organized around Main Street and the Town Square. The site’s history dates back to 1900 when it was a limestone and basalt quarry and several of the original structures remain. The ruins will host events such as outdoor movie viewings, weddings, exhibitions, and concerts. The Town Square will be used for Art Fairs, Farmer’s Markets, and smaller outdoor performances, while also providing a canvas for the integration of Public Art into multiple aspects of the design.
